Shipping/Returns
For orders placed through our web site, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Online order currently only accept a single form of payment. We can process split payments on phone orders.
Orders process and ship within 3-7 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid FFL if applicable.
All damaged shipments must be reported to us as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipper and replace or credit as needed as soon as the claim process is complete. The length of time to complete the claim varies, but is usually within 10 business days.
Any shortages need to be reported to us as soon as possible.
In the event of any damage or shortage, all boxes and packaging regarding that order, must be kept on hand until the problem has been resolved and any claims paid in full.
Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition, Guns, Gun Powder, Primers, 80% Lower Receivers/Frames, Receiver Blanks, Receiver Flats, Pistol Braces and Treestands may not be returned. For hygiene reasons, underwear and mouth calls may only be returned in new, unused condition. Products requiring fuel or liquids may not be returned once the fuel or liquids have been added (must also be in new, unused condition). All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In regards to optics, we have a no return policy in place do to the multitude of fake optics out there. All warranty issues should be handled through the manufacturer.
